The Automatic Single-Spindle Winding Machine is an automated winding solution developed by Sensync for the mass production of air-core coils. Driven by a high-resolution servo motor and equipped with a professional winding motion control system, the machine delivers a stable and efficient winding process. Compared with traditional manual or semi-automatic winding methods, it helps improve production efficiency, reduce manual involvement, and maintain more consistent winding quality during batch production.

The machine adopts a DELTA servo system with fast response and accurate positioning. Combined with a professional winding motion control system, it delivers a more stable winding rhythm and controlled wire arrangement, helping improve product consistency.
The machine is equipped with a touchscreen HMI, providing a clear and intuitive interface for parameter setting and process adjustment. This helps shorten setup and changeover time and allows operators to manage different winding requirements more conveniently.
The machine supports multiple wire types, including hot-air enameled wire, hot-air silk-covered wire, acetone-bonded silk-covered wire, triple-insulated wire, and multi-strand wire. It also supports multi-wire parallel winding, providing greater flexibility for different air-core coil applications.
