Multi-Wire Winding Machine

Product Overview

Multi-Wire Parallel Winding for Automated Air-Core Coil Production

The Automatic Multi-Wire Winding Machine is an automated winding solution developed by Sensync for multi-wire parallel winding applications. It is mainly used for producing air-core coil products that require multiple wires to be wound simultaneously. The machine adopts a high-resolution servo motor and a professional winding motion control system to provide accurate twisting-angle control, stable coil forming, and consistent production quality.

Unlike conventional winding processes that require manual removal of finished coils, this machine automatically
picks and transfers each completed coil onto a downstream conveyor, supporting continuous production with less
operator handling between cycles.

With a production capacity of 80–140 pcs/h, the machine supports stable continuous output for batch and high-volume coil manufacturing requirements. Finished coils can be automatically picked and placed onto a compact conveyor for downstream transfer, helping reduce manual handling and improve production flow.

The touchscreen HMI provides a clear interface for parameter setting, machine adjustment, and production operation. The machine is suitable for multi-wire parallel coil production used in NFC, RFID, wireless charging, digital electronics, mobile components, power systems, and automotive electronics.

Why Choose This Machine

For coil designs that require multiple parallel wires, conventional single-wire winding may not meet the required conductor structure or manufacturing process. The Sensync Automatic Multi-Wire Winding Machine is developed specifically for this type of production requirement.

By combining high-resolution servo control, professional winding motion control, automatic coil forming, automatic product picking, and conveyor transfer, the machine helps manufacturers reduce manual handling and maintain a more consistent multi-wire winding process during batch production.

Multi-wire winding, automatic forming, automatic picking, and conveyor transfer are integrated into one continuous
production workflow to reduce handling between winding cycles.

For projects involving special dimensions, unusual coil structures, or differentiated process requirements, Sensync can evaluate the coil geometry, wire configuration, parallel-wire count, winding turns, forming process, and target production capacity to provide a suitable customized winding solution.
