The Fully Automatic Alpha Winding Machine is a high-precision automated winding solution developed by Sensync for the mass production of wireless charging coils. It is mainly used for the automatic winding of double-wire double-layer, single-wire double-layer, and single-wire single-layer coils, and supports switching between clockwise and counterclockwise winding, covering common coil structures used in wireless charging and related precision coil applications.
The machine supports high-precision winding control down to ±0.001 mm, helping reduce scrap, rework, and variation between production batches. Its modular design supports efficient mold and fixture changeover, making it easier to switch between different coil specifications. An automatic alarm function alerts operators to abnormal machine conditions, helping shorten troubleshooting time and improve production continuity.

The machine is specifically developed for automated wireless charging coil production. It supports multiple winding structures, including double-wire double-layer, single-wire double-layer, and single-wire single-layer coils, and allows switching between clockwise and counterclockwise winding according to product requirements. This provides greater flexibility when producing different wireless charging coil designs.
The machine adopts a DELTA servo system, providing fast response and accurate positioning. Spindle concentricity and mold parallelism are controlled within specified precision ranges, helping improve coil forming quality and maintain greater consistency between production batches.
The modular machine structure allows molds and fixtures to be replaced more conveniently, helping shorten changeover time when switching between different coil specifications. This is particularly useful for production environments involving multiple product models or different batch sizes.
