IoT & Smart Identification
RFID tags and smart sensing nodes.
The Integrated Winding & Soldering Machine is a multi-process automated production system independently developed by Sensync. Built with a cam indexer multi-station structure, the machine integrates multiple processes into one unit, including coil winding, wire arrangement, chip feeding, high-frequency soldering, waste wire cutting, finished product inspection, and automatic transfer, enabling continuous automated production from winding to soldered coil assembly.
Driven by high-resolution servo motors and combined with a PLC control system, the machine delivers stable operation and precise positioning. From wire to finished soldered coil — automatically. At 500–550 pcs/h across 8 synchronized stations, this machine eliminates the manual transfer and handover losses between separate winding and soldering steps, turning a multi-stage process into a single continuous production line, reducing manual involvement, and enhancing consistency and stability in mass production.
This machine is suitable for the automated production of RFID tags, smart card antennas, IoT sensing coils, and other related precision electronic components, and is widely used in IoT, access control, electronics, digital products, communications, and automotive electronics.

In 2014, Sensync’s wireless charging coil winding machine was qualified for Apple’s supply chain — making us one of the few Chinese winding machine manufacturers to meet the engineering and quality standards required by a global consumer electronics leader. This validation reflects our precision control capability, production consistency, and commitment to meeting the most demanding manufacturing requirements.
For manufacturers who supply to leading electronics brands — or aspire to — our winding machines are built to the same standard.
The machine combines winding, wire arrangement, chip feeding, high-frequency soldering, waste wire handling, inspection, and transfer into one integrated system. Compared with traditional segmented production, this design reduces manual transfer and process handover between stations, helping improve overall efficiency and product consistency. According to actual production requirements, the machine can also be expanded with functions such as automatic PVC insertion for higher levels of integration.
The machine adopts a cam indexer-driven multi-station structure combined with 8-axis synchronous operation, enabling continuous and efficient automated production. With an output of 500–550 pcs/h, it is suitable for coil manufacturing projects with medium to high volume requirements.
The machine uses high-resolution servo motors and a mature control solution, offering fast response and precise positioning. This enables a more stable winding rhythm and neater wire arrangement, helping improve product quality and batch consistency.
Equipped with a PLC servo control system and a touchscreen HMI, the machine provides clear parameter settings and intuitive operation logic. This makes on-site debugging, parameter adjustment, and product changeover easier, helping shorten training time and reduce machine downtime.
For products of different shapes and sizes, the machine can switch production by changing fixtures and molds, improving adaptability to multi-specification products and making it more suitable for flexible manufacturing requirements.
The machine supports enameled wire from Φ0.04 to Φ0.25 mm, with a maximum product outer diameter of Φ80 mm, making it suitable for the automated production of various precision coil products used in RFID, smart identification, and related electronic components.
