Dongguan Sensync Technology Ltd. was established in 2001 and is a manufacturing-oriented company integrating R&D, design, production, and sales. Sensync focuses on three core business areas: Automated Winding Machines, Custom Electronic Coils, and Animal RFID Glass Microchips. Automated Winding Machines
Since 2008, Sensync has been developing fully automatic winding machines for wireless charging coils, RFID antenna coils, and air-core inductors. Our product range includes Single-Spindle Winding Machines, Integrated Winding & Soldering Machines, and Alpha Winding Machines — each engineered for precision, consistency, and stable high-volume output. In 2014, our winding machine was qualified for Apple’s supply chain, reflecting our capability in demanding manufacturing environments.
Custom Electronic Coils
Sensync manufactures custom electronic coils including wireless charging coils (TX/RX), RFID & NFC sensing coils, and air-core inductor coils. All coils are produced on our self-developed winding equipment, supporting stable quality and high batch consistency. We accept projects based on customer drawings, samples, or specifications — from initial prototyping through to full-scale production.
Animal RFID Glass Microchips
Sensync produces implantable RFID glass microchips complying with ISO 11784 / ISO 11785 international animal identification standards. Encapsulated in biocompatible glass with a monthly capacity of up to 3 million units, our microchips deliver reliable performance for pet identification, livestock management, and laboratory animal tracking. Available in two sizes with chip-only or injector kit options.

Our facility includes 30+ precision machining machines — machining centers, CNC engraving and milling machines, CNC wire-cutting machines, lathes, milling machines, and precision grinding machines — alongside dedicated automated production and inspection equipment for both development and high-volume output.

Total Quality Control
At Sensync, quality management is a core part of our manufacturing system. We have established a Total Quality Control system covering incoming material inspection, in-process control, finished product inspection, and final shipment verification. From raw materials entering production to every key manufacturing step and final delivery, we focus on standardized procedures, precision measuring equipment, and strict execution to ensure product stability, consistency, and traceability.
Inspection Equipment & Process Control
Sensync maintains a dedicated quality inspection system covering dimensional, geometric tolerance, surface, and structural verification. Our equipment includes a CMM, Cylindricity Measuring Instrument, Projector Comparator, 2D Image Measuring Instrument (YVM), Electron Microscope, Durometer, Height Gauge, Outside & Inside Micrometer, and Lever-Type Dial Gauge — supporting accurate measurement across diverse product structures and process requirements.
Quality control is built into each production stage — from Wire Cutting and Tin Dipping through Glue Dispensing, Magnet Attachment, Testing, Packaging, and final Shipment — rather than relying solely on end-of-line inspection. Under mature process conditions, Sensync achieves a product yield rate of up to 99.9%.

Process consistency at Sensync is maintained through defined inspection standards, structured equipment management, and systematic quality records. Inspection data collected from each production stage feeds directly into process optimization, allowing variations to be identified early and corrected before affecting delivery quality.
